The whole place was impeccably clean, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and had fantastic staff and location.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Great value for the money and exactly what I needed. In the morning I had coffee, butter, hot waffles, hardboiled eggs and cheese. Bed was good sized, I enjoyed it. The simple check-in process too.

The room I booked needed to be cleaned.

Stunningly beautiful hotel in York, fab location just walking distance from Bootham. It was located 20 minutes walk from the downtown.

Overall I think it was a wonderful hotel, good value considering price it charged. The bedroom was well sized, and the bed was fine.

A majestic hotel, good price-value balance, liked it. Centrally located, apologetic staff, hot breakfast. Small queen room was rather big and bed was spacious. Location was perfect, and worked for me. The beach restaurant was unique with a good choice of meals in the menu.

All in all it's immaculately clean place, they have very big beds. Its location is very pretty, relaxing area.
